Mitch looks forward to building relationships with others and is intentional about coming alongside people in their confusion or pain. Out of his own faith he knows the intrinsic value of each individual and provides a safe and confidential environment to process the challenges of life in a collaborative way. 

He enjoys working with individuals that may be struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or spiritual issues, as well as families and couples experiencing relational struggles. Mitch recognizes that every person brings a life narrative with unique issues, and he helps clients to develop individualized treatment goals.
