With a deep understanding of grief, pain, and life transitions, Mayra provides tailored, evidence-based support to children, individuals, and couples from diverse backgrounds, faiths, and abilities. She addresses a wide range of experiences, including abuse, aging, anxiety, attachment wounds, depression, divorce, elder care, relational complexities, spiritual concerns, and trauma. Mayra is particularly passionate about integrating faith with therapeutic practices when requested by clients.

Trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and certified in Prepare and Enrich, Mayra brings specialized expertise to strengthen relationships and support clients through life’s transitions.
