Can I request a male or female therapist?

Yes. We’ll do our best to connect you with a male or female therapist based on your preferences and clinical needs.

Do you offer bilingual therapists?

Yes. CIFT has bilingual therapists who provide counseling in both English and Spanish, helping clients feel supported in the language and cultural context that feels most comfortable to them. We offer bilingual individual, couples, and family therapy both in person and via telehealth, depending on therapist availability.

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes. We offer secure teletherapy sessions throughout California in addition to in-person counseling at our Orange County and South Bay offices.

What types of counseling do your therapists provide?

Our therapists provide individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, trauma counseling, anxiety and depression support, Christian counseling, and more.

Do you offer Christian counseling?

Yes. Many of our therapists integrate faith into counseling for clients who would like a Christian perspective incorporated into therapy.

How quickly can I get started?

Most clients hear back from our team the same day and are able to schedule their first appointment within the week.
