About Veronica

Veronica is a bilingual therapist (Spanish and English) with experience supporting couples, families, adolescents, young adults, and children through various stages of life. With empathy and acceptance, she offers a safe space where clients can heal, grow, and achieve their personal goals.

 She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and she uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners strengthen their emotional connection, rebuild trust, and create secure, lasting bonds.

Veronica brings warmth, openness, and a client-centered approach to her work, helping each individual navigate life’s challenges and move toward change.
