Sara believes therapy can be a meaningful space for healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. She strives to create a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences, process challenges, and move toward meaningful change. Sara values building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s difficulties.
As an MFT Trainee, Sara provides counseling for individuals, couples, and families in Santa Ana, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, spiritual questions, stress, and life transitions. Her experience in ministry and working with children has shaped her thoughtful and nurturing approach to care, helping her support clients with empathy, patience, and compassion. Sara seeks to provide a collaborative, client-centered space where individuals feel supported in strengthening relationships, building emotional resilience, and pursuing healing and personal growth. For clients who desire it, she welcomes opportunities to integrate faith and spirituality into the counseling process.
