Welcoming individuals from all walks of life, she holds a specific interest in helping clients process spiritual questions, acute stress, and relationship concerns.
As a dedicated clinician, Sara provides counseling for individuals, couples, and families managing anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Her years of volunteering as a youth life group leader and her current service in her church's children’s ministry cultivate her patient, nurturing approach to care. For those who wish to incorporate their personal beliefs, she gladly welcomes the opportunity to integrate faith and spirituality into the sessions, helping clients build emotional strength and pursue lasting wellness.
