About Michelle
Michelle believes it takes real courage to enter therapy because change is hard, and she deeply respects the step clients take when considering it. Her goal is to provide a safe and supportive space that is both collaborative and forward-moving- one where clients can bring their whole selves without fear of judgment.
Michelle brings compassion, warmth, and a wealth of life experience to her work, along with a genuine commitment to helping clients feel heard and understood. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, drawing on her strengths of empathy and attentive listening to foster connection and growth. She is currently pursuing ongoing training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and has completed Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, allowing her to integrate evidence-based approaches to her work with couples.
Michelle views therapy as a journey taken together- one that explores challenges, builds on strengths, and creates new opportunities for healing and meaningful change.
