Katie has an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in progress (Liberty University) and a BS in Arts Management (Oklahoma City University).

Katie incorporates evidence-based practices to support whole-person health and foster meaningful, lasting growth.
She works with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, and other concerns related to identity, spirituality, work, relationships, family, and marriage. Katie believes that while life can be hard, messy, and confusing, healing is possible. With a background in ministry, Katie brings a unique depth of insight into the human experience, particularly in areas of meaning, purpose, spiritual identity, faith, calling, and belonging.
