About Joyce

Joyce is passionate about helping individuals connect authentically with themselves and others. She believes that while hurt often arises in relationships, healing can also occur within them. In her warm and inviting therapeutic approach, Joyce creates a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and challenges at their own pace, fostering hope and change.

With experience working with teenagers, parents, couples, and the elderly, Joyce focuses on addressing depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles. She is particularly drawn to helping clients navigate complex trauma, identity issues, and intergenerational conflicts. Trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method, she makes use of evidence-based strategies to improve their relational dynamics while gently challenging dysfunctional patterns that lead to feelings of being stuck.
