About Helen

Helen deeply values the courage people bring in order to engage in the therapeutic process. She honors each client and their journey, providing compassion and a safe space for her clients to develop resilience to navigate life’s challenges and to cultivate a flourishing life.

Helen is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a trauma treatment modality, which she uses to support clients in processing trauma. Helen is certified through Prepare/Enrich to provide premarital counseling. She also draws from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) in supporting couples to rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and cultivate a secure relationship.
