About Grace

Grace establishes her practice in the belief that all people deserve to feel fully seen and understood amidst their pain in order to experience healing. She desires for every client she encounters to be met with empathy, warmth, and genuine care. Grace considers it an honor to hold people’s stories. She actively works to create a calm and safe environment where people can process, heal, and grow. 

Grace utilizes a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients work through challenging life experiences. She practices multicultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care. Grace is personally dedicated to promoting diversity and advancing social justice. She believes that clients from all walks of life should have the opportunity to experience wholeness. She works with a wide range of clients including children, adolescents, couples, young adults, adults, and elderly adults.
