About Emily

Emily cares deeply about people and their stories, which is what led her into the field of marriage and family therapy. She wholeheartedly believes in the potential of healing and restoration and feels honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward growth and renewal. Emily supports individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relational struggles, attachment wounds, and the effects of trauma.

A meaningful part of Emily’s work is integrating faith and therapy. She values the role spiritual growth can play in healing and welcomes clients who wish to explore the connection between their faith and life’s challenges. By combining spiritual reflection with evidence-based tools, Emily offers a holistic and compassionate approach to care.

She is a certified Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and holds Level 1 training in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. These credentials reflect her commitment to providing evidence-based interventions thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of each client that she serves.
