She firmly believes that every person deserves respect and healing and should be fully seen and understood, especially in moments of pain. Elise works with her clients to achieve lasting wellness. Her aim is to establish a safe and warm environment where clients can process their emotions and embark on their healing journey. 

Elise operates on the principles of multicultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care, acknowledging the significance of holistic healing that encompasses the mind, body, and soul. She is also certified in Prepare & Enrich. Her approach is inclusive of clients of all ages. Based on client need, Elise is able to offer conversation about the integration of faith into the therapeutic process.
