About Collin
Collin believes that everyone can benefit from therapy and strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard. He believes that having an unbiased, compassionate ear to bring your feelings, struggles, and heartaches to can be healing in and of itself. Collin takes a client-centered, relational approach to therapy, emphasizing trust and collaboration. Rather than directing clients toward a particular path, he comes alongside clients as a supportive presence, helping them uncover the insights, answers, and perspectives already within them.
As an MFT Trainee at CIFT’s Santa Ana office, Collin has a particular interest in supporting couples, college students, young adults, and men as they navigate relationships, identity, and the many changes that come with formative seasons of life. He also supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, stress, and substance use or addiction recovery. Collin is particularly interested in helping clients explore how past experiences can influence the beliefs and patterns they carry into adulthood. He is also comfortable incorporating faith and spirituality into therapy when it is meaningful and welcomed by the client.
