About Clara

With over a decade of experience fostering development within California public schools and years of ministry leadership, Clara brings a rich background to her role as a bilingual Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee in Santa Ana. Providing therapy fluently in both English and Spanish, she incorporates a deep understanding of Hispanic culture to support individuals, couples, and families. She has a special interest in guiding young adults, women, and older adults as they clarify identity, purpose, and relationship dynamics.

She creates a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe working through life's hurdles, focusing on clinical areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief or loss. Additionally, Clara offers a receptive space for anyone healing from church hurt or spiritual trauma, utilizing active listening to help people build resilience and uncover new strengths within their distinct narrative.
