About Sara
Sara strives to create a compassionate and safe therapeutic space where clients feel supported no matter where they are in life. She believes therapy is most effective when individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their journey. With a foundation of empathy, trust, and collaboration, Sara partners with clients to take meaningful steps towards healing and growth.
She works with individuals, couples, and families with diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, spiritual issues, and stress related to life transitions. With her experience in ministry and working with children, Sara brings an intentional and nurturing perspective. She views each client as created in the image of God, with inherent dignity, purpose, and capacity for growth.
