About Cecilia

Through the lens of her lived experiences as an immigrant, first-generation college graduate, corporate professional, wife, and mother, Cecilia brings a rich appreciation for life's diverse seasons to her role as a Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee in Costa Mesa. She is passionate about offering culturally responsive care that honors each person's distinct background, with a particular focus on helping clients strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. For those who wish to include it, Cecilia gladly welcomes the opportunity to integrate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process.

As a compassionate counselor, she provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families working through difficult life transitions and interpersonal challenges. She strives to establish a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel entirely safe exploring the circumstances that have shaped them. Her client-centered approach focuses on providing a meaningful space for reflection, helping people discover newfound resilience, healing, and personal growth.
