About Brenda

Each person matters, and Brenda cares deeply about each individual, their experiences and unique story. Whether they are dealing with everyday struggles, or are undergoing a time of difficultly, confusion or overwhelm, Brenda aims to come alongside the person as they go through the process of working it out. She offers a safe and accepting space, where the focus is on the person and the change or goal they would like to make in their life.

Brenda has a heart for working with individuals from different backgrounds who experience discomfort or pain from anxiety, depression, adjusting to change/life transitions, or relationship struggles and as they step along a path towards wellbeing and growth.
