About Benjamin

Life can be incredibly complex and hard. Ben has a heart to come alongside people in their journey, whatever they may be going through. With empathy and compassion, he desires that each person he sits with will grow through their life circumstances. For Ben, it is a privilege to get to walk part of this complex journey with them.

With a focus in deep inner-healing and growth, Ben has experience working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life changes, identity questions, spiritual wounds, relationship distress, and more. Additionally, Ben has experience helping couples grow in their relationships, whether healing from overwhelming wounds or simply learning how to love each other better. With every client, Ben seeks to cultivate a safe and warm space where people can process freely and be encouraged towards hope and wholeness. Sometimes, all one needs is the time and space to be and for someone to walk alongside them.
