About Arlene
Arlene believes that everyone deserves to be happy, healthy and to feel whole. She understands the importance of providing support when one is experiencing distress. Arlene served as a youth pastor for several years and gained experience working with teens and young adults. She has also worked in community mental health for three years, where she was trained in Trauma Focused CBT.
Arlene is passionate about working with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. She has experience working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, grief/loss, identity issues, relationship struggles, and spiritual issues. She is dedicated to helping individuals explore their life stories to find hope, healing, and lasting relationships.
