About Adrienne

Adrienne cares deeply about people, is passionate about soul care, and firmly believes in deep healing. She is aware that life comes with many challenges and significant pain. But she also believes that no one should have to be alone with their struggles. Her desire is to come alongside each person—holding space for their unique story with empathy and sitting with them in their pain—and journey with them as they move toward peace, healing, and freedom—doing all this at a pace with which they are comfortable. As such, she looks to cultivate a space that is safe, supportive, and collaborative.

Adrienne works with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds and ages in a broad range of concerns or issues. She particularly enjoys working with people struggling with grief/loss, depression, church-hurt, and/or spiritual issues. Adrienne is also trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and holds credentials as a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, a research-based tool for premarital and marital therapy that helps couples build strong, meaningful relationships through every season of life.
