Drawing from her background serving foster youth, engaging in international mission work, and assisting in ministry settings, Abby brings a deep appreciation for diverse walks of life to her role as a Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee in Los Alamitos. She has a particular heart for supporting adolescent and young adult women managing anxiety, depression, grief, and identity development. For those who wish to include it, Abby gladly incorporates faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process, honoring each individual's distinct path as they take steps toward a fulfilling future.
