Abby has a BS in Business Management and Administration; Minor in Theology (Crowell School of Business, Biola University), and is in the process of getting her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy (Talbot School of Theology, Biola University).

About Abby
Abby is passionate about supporting clients through life's challenges, honoring each person's unique story with compassion, warmth, and care. She believes that growth is rooted in safe, attuned relationships and seeks to create a collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, valued, and supported as they explore difficult experiences, deepen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.
As an MFT Trainee, Abby provides counseling for adolescents and adults in Los Alamitos. She has a special interest in supporting adolescent and young adult women navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Drawing from her experiences serving foster youth, participating in international mission work, and supporting individuals in ministry settings, Abby brings a deep appreciation for the diverse experiences that shape each person's journey. For clients who desire it, she welcomes opportunities to thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality into the counseling process. Abby believes that every person's story matters and feels honored to support clients as they navigate challenges, discover new strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the future they desire.
