Welcome to CIFT Counseling. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of landing pages operated by Center for Individual and Family Therapy, doing business as CIFT Counseling, and any related services, communications, scheduling tools, forms, and platforms operated by CIFT Counseling.
By accessing landing pages, submitting your information, scheduling services, or communicating with CIFT Counseling, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Center for Individual and Family Therapy, doing business as CIFT Counseling, located at 1633 E 4th St., Ste 120, Santa Ana, CA 92701.

Description of Services
CIFT Counseling provides therapy services for individuals, couples, and families in person in Orange County and the South Bay, and via telehealth for individuals located in California. Services may include appointment scheduling, intake coordination, general service communications, and related customer support.
CIFT Counseling uses JotForm as a platform to manage appointment request form submissions. As part of using our services, you may receive communications related to your inquiry.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use landing pages, submit your information, or opt in to receive communications through form submissions on the landing pages. By using our landing pages and submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, scheduling appointments, or communicating with CIFT Counseling.
You agree to use our landing pages only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the contact information you provide so we can communicate with you appropriately regarding your inquiry or appointment.

Payments & Billing
Payment terms for any fees that apply for services provided by CIFT Counseling will be communicated separately in connection with those services, appointments, or client agreements. You agree to pay any applicable charges in accordance with the terms presented to you at the time of booking or service.
Failure to make required payments may affect appointment scheduling or continued access to services, subject to applicable law and any separate agreements.
Communications Consent
By submitting a form, requesting information, booking an appointment, or otherwise providing your contact information through our landing pages, you consent to receive communications from CIFT Counseling related to your inquiry, appointment, or services, which may include email, phone calls, voicemail, and SMS where appropriate and where consent has been provided.
SMS communications are only sent after the required consent has been obtained. Your use of our landing pages does not automatically enroll you in SMS messages unless you provide the required opt-in.
Intellectual Property
All content on our landing pages, including text, branding, graphics, logos, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CIFT Counseling and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIFT Counseling and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of CIFT landing pages, communications systems, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIFT Counseling’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these landing pages or these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you directly to CIFT Counseling for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CIFT Counseling, Center for Individual and Family Therapy, and their officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of landing pages or our services, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
Termination
CIFT Counseling reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any landing page, communications systems, or services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, misused this landing page, or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct.
Any provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
